Background
I am a PhD-qualified specialist in human physiology and nutrition, with over 15 years’ experience across academia, healthcare consulting, market research, and commercial strategy.
I have authored 25+ peer-reviewed publications and have worked with product, marketing, and insight teams to turn complex scientific and consumer evidence into clear, defensible decisions.
What I do
My role is not to summarise research. It is to interpret it, challenge it where necessary, and apply it in a way that is both scientifically credible and commercially viable.

What can we say—and what should we avoid saying?
Where is the evidence strong, and where is it weak or overstated?
How do we translate mechanisms and research into positioning that is clear, credible, and differentiated?
